Occasion.  Because according to Hindu religious cultural god marry with goddess, that myth we alt are following from ancient times.for eg god ram married devi sita, god shankar  married devi parvati.
Or In simple eg is that man marry women.
There can be many reasons behind it
1))to get respect in the society.
2 ) to share  good or sad feeling with life partner.
3) to grow family. Etc etc
         But instead of seeing in the a first conditions we say in the way that we don't even have time to give them best wishes.
There are different types of giving best wishes , in wedding we throw rice on there head as it was done in ancient times.
There different methods and type of marriages according to different people , places religonity., but marriage ceremony is for 3to4days some time it takes even 5 day's also.
       First day is turmeric pasting day in marathi language it is said to be haldi,
Next Day is marriage day, third day is puja,
The forth day is gondhal.  It's according to everyone mind how to manage this all thing , some people do two things in one day, it depends upon how rich or poor the family or elder person in the family is.

Now how we should enjoy and how other people enjoy.
Some people enjoy in the nice way they don't make any mess (spoiling things), some
People They drink less but show more which is not good some people sleep there while taking there dinner. Even wasting food is also not good. There are many things that an every individual should follow , but who knows what is decipline and how to follow they say they are there to enjoy the wedding party.

Some of them are so good that they will help you sort the problem if there is anything regarding or during marriage ceremony.
We can enjoy in both the way but doing harm to others is not good, .
         If it's our relative wedding we have to go one day before the wedding start to help our cousins , some perform wedding at home some people perform the wedding in 5star hotel , it's very expensive and u can enjoy both weekends and marriage also.

When you join new jobs we need to know  the staf mind first .  Some people in that office are good some are you cannot say them bad and they are not.,  it's on us  how to close to them so that they will eager to help us without any condition.  They will always keep u listening , our first guy was nice  hardworking always busy  ,  but don't
Take it on mind or don't ignore them.  Try to remove something form some informative works.  Don't hurts them by saying that " I don't work " Always  be pleasant  say OK sir or mam
         Your work is limited to certain extent I.  some time more sometimes less  .now the work is to 1)  to attend call.
2 to receive and to send courier
3 to send or receive email.
4 last but not least to do whatever the staff says.
To attend the call   1)  listen carefully what other side he/she wants to convey message, so that it will be easy to use to understand that what to answer or to whom forward the call.
So no mess will be done. One of my friend did such thing when I was not in the office

Beware of house keeeping  people sometime  they r good sometime they behave arrogent  with u
Illutrate guys always have lot off ego in their mind . They will not help u but  they will try to harass u distrub while working but be claim .and dont get harrased or disturb  because if this happen,then you want be able to contretrate on your  job properly , so let it be as it is

See if you say sir for eg nagesh sir and if feel shy and if says plz dont s say me sir looking at age  then 50% he is yours if is supervisor, always find the supervisor
Because  he know how to handle his team .

          My tempo life in bolero pick up
When I left working I brought a new tempo (goods carrier vehicle), recently I was working with t.v.s as sales executive in small outlet in our city , I worked there for 8 yrs
But for salary reason I had to leave my job
 Then after I purchased my own pickup tempo .The reason why I am calling this pick up as a tempo because it's small then a truck
 This tempo carry 3 tons of load some carry even more then that,  but it Is risky to drive in ghats region .
Vehicle is very good but drivers should be experience to drive but I had learn to drive my tempo  , my maternal uncle thought me to drive , every night I used to learn .We use take just one round of 7 to 8 km per day. Learning is very important because to handle a tempo or truck in certain conditions is very difficult task.
Slowly and steadly u start getting experience and then you are on first step of learning never ever think that if you drive little bit of time then you will say that I know the my vehicle totatly no you have to learn much more people will also teach you but self experience is the best experience. For that you will have to practice more by driving a car or tempo in lonlyness area where there  non more vehicle driven, now once get  habit of driving then you take slowly on road with some sitting beside you so that if something goes wrong he/she will be able to help or even control the vehicle.
         If tempo people will try to cheat you in case of weight or the rent they have to give you.
        In case of tempo and when you are new in this profession then even shopkeeper also put more material in our vehicle, but the worker working in the shop help us by calculating the weight of each article, and our vehicle tyre get pressed by weight if they are make of radial .They get pressed in small proportion. But that can be seen by naked eyes.
 Now the customer cheat in rent by giving less amt I.e 300 Rs instead of 750 rs, he takes more material and pay less .
Now calculate rent there's one formula
That is : km×2 comming and going÷10 average of our vehicle X 2.5 for maintenance of our vehicle and we should get something in our pocket so as to run our household

 Km X 2 ÷10 diseal price running  X 2.5% for maintenance and pocket
Some were  good some were not they used to ask me to travel 100 km and they use to give me 2500 rs instead of at least 3500 of carrying 3.5 tons
        They never understood the feeling and if they could have hired small tempo they had to pay twice the rent because the capacity of small tempo is less no no I was not greedy of money but when I use to help them to remove the article from my tempo they didn't even ask me for tea leave tea even water, they used to give my rent amt or sometimes my shopkeeper use to give me.
    But the good they never let me go without drinking tea they even offered 100 or 200 rs more then my rent,  sometimes I used to tell them that I want be able to drive on the top of the hill they used ask to their drivers to drive just because I was not habits of driving on hill .
     Where ever I was enable to drive I used to ask that contractors or customer  directly so that to avoid harm to both my vehicle and the goods I am carrying in my tempo
              Two incident happened with me
1 ) driving on sea coast  that stone popping up and control on vehicles was very important the moment u loose control the vehicle use go in speed that not good enough for the materials that I am carrying , most of the time I carried marble stone which used to break suddenly even small hit is enough
So it was bit risky.
2) the second experience was that I had to travel on hill Top The road was good but as I was new I told the customer sir I am sorry I want be do , so he said never mind I ask my driver to do  and I was sitting beside him to absorve how he control the vehicle .There also I learnt from an experienced driver,.

 See never say I know everything there  is something which we learn by other experienced.  So always be humble and polite so people help you to solve the problems .

3) the third experience was very danger,  that was to park my vehicle in very  contested place with tapering down its very risky according to me but for an experienced driver it was soft job , I can't say that it was easy job because I was watching how hard job it was for him also.
See nothing is impossible in this world but we should not loose our confidence and keep learning from every one.
